The commercial premises provided by The Manydown Company and associated businesses on the Estate are occupied by a number of tenants, including a florist, a carpenter-joiner, a metal fabrication business, and an IT company.

Buds Floristry, at Wootton St Lawrence, specialises in creating wedding event flowers while another commercial tenant on the Manydown Rural Estate, Sedum Growers, grow sedum species - plants especially adapted to thrive on sedum roofs - for the benefit of wildlife and property owners.

There is also a popular and well-regarded nursery school, The Barn Nursery School, which accepts children aged from two-and-a-half to five. Currently rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, the school operates out of the former primary school building at Wootton St Lawrence where children can play, learn and grow together.
